Molasses Cookies With Marshmallows and Peaches

Ingredients

• 2 marshmallows
• 2 chewy molasses cookies
• 1/4 peach, thinly sliced
• pinch salt

Directions

1. Heat broiler. Place the marshmallows on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil, turning once, until golden brown, 1 minute.
2. Top one of the cookies with the marshmallows, peach slices, and salt. Sandwich with the second cookie.
